Patrick D. Ryan of Port Orchard, WA died November 7, 2007 in Bremerton, WA after a valiant fight with Leukemia. He was born on March 13, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Patrick anmd Helen (Moncrieff) Ryan. He graduated in Corpus Christi, TX with an AA in Electrical Engineering. Patrick married Lynne L. Goodwin on February 4, 1995 on Catalina Island, CA.

Patrick served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a Submariner, bravely defending our country during the Cold War. After retirement, he worked for General Telephone Electric in San Diego, CA until his retirement in 1993.

After retirement, Pat lived life to the fullest while traveling, cruising, and rooting for his belived Chicago Cubs. Pat and wife Lynne enjoyed spending time between their homes in Port Orchard and Jacksonville, FL over the past 10 years. Pat loved swimming more than anything. He was a life member of B-Girl Reunion Organization, USSVI, and USSVI Bremerton Base.

Surviving are wifeLynn; children Laurel Kenney, Jana Morrison, Diana Buckner, and ?Craig Hollis; grand children Aaron & Matthew Powell, Jennifer & David, Jr. Morison, Savannah & Carolina Hollis; and sister Norine Ryan.

Visitation Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 6:00-7:00pm at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Funeral service on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 10:00 am, also at Rill's.
